Difficulty importing a csv into atom version 2.7.1

Good afternoon, after I installed atom version 2.7.1 and migrated the data from version 2.3.1, I was experiencing some problems, for example:

When importing a csv the following error is issued: "php '/usr/share/nginx/atom/symfony' 'csv:import' --skip-matched --quiet --user-id="175918" --source -name='Example-accessions-2.6.csv' '/usr/share/nginx/atom/uploads/tmp/TMP557a94fb.csv'; Unable to execute INSERT statement. [wrapped: SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1364 Field 'lft' doesn't have a default value]"

I don't know what the "lft" field means, could anyone help me with this?

In particular, see my suggestions to the previous user - have you tried that yet? I explain there that lft and rgt refer to the nested set. See:

If you are certain that you have properly upgraded (per the checklist in my second post), then try rebuilding the nested set, running the generate slugs task, clearing the application cache, and restarting PHP-FPM to see if this resolves the issue.
