Contabilizar la carga de unidades subidas

Hola. Mi nombre es Laura y trabajo en el área de Archivos Especiales de la Biblioteca del Congreso de la Nación Argentina. En este momento estamos llevando a cabo la carga en Atom de un archivo fotográfico. Nos  está resultando super útil el sistema pero lo que no estamos logrando es la contabilidad de las unidades cargadas hasta el momento.

Necesitamos saber cuantas cargas por usuario se realizaron dentro de la misma institución archivística hasta el momento.

Lo estoy haciendo de la siguiente forma:

Genero una búsqueda por  institución y me muestra los siguientes resultados:

Biblioteca del Congreso de la Nación (Argentina) Opciones avanzadas de búsqueda  Imprimir vista previa  Exportar CSV Ver : 

 

Ordenar por:

Fecha de modificación 

Dirección:

Descendente

Cuando quiero Exportar el CSV para generar el informe en el Estado de Proceso me pone " en proceso y luego tira error"

Fecha de inicio
Fecha final
Nombre del proceso Estado del proceso

Y cuando finalmente me aparece un link con "informe completo" me aparece este error:

Alguien sabe que me esta pasando?

Hi Laura, 

That is a very strange error to see on a CSV export - authorizedFormOfName is typically an authority record field - but it also mentions the the Static Page plugin, which should not be relevant here at all. 

This makes me worry that there is some data corruption that has been introduced into your system. The following suggestions will require a system administrator who has access to the command-line. 

First, make a backup! See:

Next, please see the following section on our Troubleshooting page. It has a suggested SQL query to check for data corruption. Instructions on how to access the MySQL command prompt, so that you can run the query:

Then for the data corruption check, see:

There are general suggestions there for resolving the most common forms of data corruption you might find. In general, you could also try restarting services and running some of AtoM's common maintenance tasks - both of these can help resolve common issues. Suggestions include: generating slugs, rebuilding the nested set, clearing the application cache, restarting PHP-FPM, and repopulating the search index. Basic instructions and further links for all these tasks can be found on the Troubleshooting page. 

If this doesn't resolve your export issue, then it would be useful to know more about your AtoM installation, such as: 

• What is the full version number shown in Admin > Settings?
• Have you upgraded recently?
• Did you follow our recommended installation instructions? If no, what changes have you made (to the recommended operating system or distribution, to the PHP version, to the database, etc...)
• Do your users use Microsoft Excel to prepare CSVs for import? This has been known to cause issues in some cases - see for example these threads:
