Hi,
I don't seem to be able to toggle between draft and published status for descriptions since upgrading to 2.3

I have found the setting that controls whether new descriptions default to draft or published, but I no longer see anywhere that gives me the ability to publish descriptions that were in draft form before the upgrade. That functionality used to be in the Administration Area, but it doesn't seem to be an option there anymore.

Am I missing something?

Thanks!
Emily

Hi Emily,

Yes, the controls have moved - we're now handling publication status updates asynchronously in the background with the job scheduler, so they shouldn't time out with large hierarchies any more.  You can now find the publication status button under the More button. Here's a link to the 2.3 docs:

Pro tip: I tried this time with the 2.3 release announcement to include links to the relevant documentation for each new feature or enhancement. I am hoping it can be a useful shortcut to finding out about changes. See:
