Hi I thought our previous problem had been resolved, but now when we click on Add Accession Records nothing happens.  We can still get in to modify existing records and we can add new records by going into "maintain" and then change the fields including the accession number and then save the new record.  

I thought we could employ the add feature for a while and then it disappeared?

Any ideas?
