How to solve 500 Internal Server Error when first installing Ica-atom

When I first installed Atom using laragon and opened it via localhost it immediately gave a 500 Internal Server Error.

If (once you have checked the webserver error logs and used that to decide what to try next!) you are still uncertain on how to proceed and/or the sections in that post do not help you to resolve the error that you encounter, then be sure to include answers to all the questions about your installation and the issue at the top of the post when replying here! We will need that information, along with the contents of the error log, to be able to provide additional suggestions.
