Oops! An Error Occurred

Bonjour,

J'ai fais actuellement une mise à jour de mon système Ubuntu 14.04 vers 16.04 et Atom 2.3 vers 2.4.

Quand j’exécute certaines tâches, exemple le "Rapport et déplacement des notices" le message suivant s'affiche :

Oops an error occurred

sorry, something went wrong.

the server returned a 500 internal server error.

Besoins de votre aide, comment remédié au problème ?

Generally, when you encounter a 500 error, the first thing you want to do is to double-check the web-server logs for more information. A 500 status error code is a generic code, but the logs usually contain further helpful details, and when you include this in your post, it helps us provide specific suggestions to resolve your issue. If you are encountering issues with only some functionality, such as the reports, then my guess is that the Job scheduler is the cause of the issue - either it has not been properly installed, or it simply needs to be restarted. 

To double-check if you have installed and configured all the necessary dependencies for the job scheduler, see:
