Hello,

We have a fonds that has a status error under finding aid(see screenshot below), when we tried to generate a new finding aid and it doesn't start the job.

The atom-worker is working as we are able to generate finding aid for other fonds.
We are on version 2.7.3.

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,

Hi Cindy

Did you check the Job logs? You can view a full report there and it should tell you the error.

Thank you Johan for your speed reply.

When I click generate link, it just reload the page, and I see following in /var/log/nginx/access.log:
"GET /index.php/xyz-fonds/informationobject/generateFindingAid HTTP/1.1" 302 144 "https://archives-site-url/index.php/xyz-fonds "
"GET /index.php/xyz-fonds  HTTP/1.1" 200 45296 "https://archives-site-url/index.php/xyz-fonds"

There is no error in /var/log/nginx/error.log and no log from this 'job' when I run  journalctl -f -u atom-worker(I think because the job did not start).

Thanks,

Hi Alejo,

Thank you for the information!
I was able to get the job history by following the instruction. From the previous job:
Uploading finding aid
Finding aid uploaded successfully:  .../atom/downloads/xyz-fonds.pdf
Obtaining finding aid text...
Exception: Unable to execute INSERT statement. [wrapped: SQLSTATE[22001]: String data, right truncated: 1406 Data too long for column 'value' at row 1]
Looks like the file was uploaded but the job was failed at inserting text into database.
After I removed the PDF file from downloads folder, when I click the generate link again, the job starts.

Thanks everyone!
Cindy
