Pages not showing "Related Material Elements" or "Allied Materials Area"

When I'm logged into the system, I can see the "Allied Materials Area" section with all the links it contains.

However, for users who are not logged in, this section is not visible. I've already cleared the cache and rebuilt the indexes multiple times, but the issue persists.

This behavior started after the update to version 2.9.2 and the adoption of the arDominionB5Plugin.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

I've submitted a fix for this today: https://github.com/artefactual/atom/pull/2085

I think I've found the correct solution (hopefully). There has been a bit of bug chasing with this issue.
