As far as I know you shouldn’t have to change anything in the application. Is your AtoM instance publicly linked from a page that Google does index?

I think it’s unlikely Google will find the page on its own (with no links from any other page); the page above also gives instructions about submitting your URL if that proves necessary. We will also see if your link in this post helps!
