Language Searching

I believe that I have asked this question before but I have never received a good response. We are a multilingual archive but it is not possible to search on language. I need to know how to tell our researchers to find all of the Spanish language material we have in the database. A lot of our members are in South America, Mexico, and Spain. Over the years, I have added a lot of Spanish language material to the database but I can't instruct them on how to bring up all of the items in Spanish. You can't use the language field in Advanced Searches and get alll the Spanish language material to come up. Please help.
