Error with Atom 2.3 - Donor information

Atom 2.3 running on Ubuntu 16.04. with Nginx and MySQL 5.6.    When I select Manage, Donors, I get a list of about ten donors.   When I select any of the donors I get a http error 500.   I believe this was also happening in Atom 2.2.

When I check the nginx error logs I see the following error:

Just an update.   I think the issue is that these donor's are hanging around from an earlier import.   I can add a new donor and edit and delete it fine.    So my next question is there any way to remove these 10 donor records manually?
