Hi!

When using AtoM for production, especially with spreadsheets containing a large number of information, documents, and objects, attention must be paid to the machine's configuration. Ideally, 32GB of RAM is needed, or better yet, 64GB. Uploading information demands a lot from the machine and the system, and with a much lower configuration, there is insufficient processing power. This can cause the task process to enter an infinite loop. In this case, the IT technician must cancel the process and restart the machine!
