Access Control no SHOW the API-Key

Hello to everyone.

Creating or editing an authenticated user or with administrator privileges does not show me the option to generate an API KEY in the access control panel

Why can this happen?

Did you enable the API plugin first? See:

Yes, when activating the plugin it already appeared.
