Hi, normally in Bootstrap 2 the thumbnail used to display properly like this:Screenshot 2025-11-12 at 4.17.21 PM.png

We have updated the theme to Bootstrap 5 (theme arDominionB5Plugin). The thumbnails don't show up properly; instead, they display icons. Is this normal behavior, or is there a setting to fix this? Screenshot 2025-11-12 at 4.20.03 PM.png
even the thumbnail for image shows image icon Screenshot 2025-11-12 at 4.20.43 PM.png

Hi Deepak,

There is a command-line task you can try to regenerate your digital object derivatives. This task will discard any existing access copies and regenerate them from the original digital objects. See:
Give that a shot and let us know how it goes! Remember, as the task notes, you might want to repopulate the search index and clear the application cache after running the task. I would also recommend restarting PHP-FPM:

Hi Dan,

Thanks for your reply. I did couple of steps :

1. installed imagemagick in our atom container as we were missing it
2. we ran the command : php symfony digitalobject:regen-derivatives - first time we ran with 4 gb ram and it ran out of memory then we increased it to higher however still getting this issue. what would you recommend in this scenario. PHP Fatal error:  Allowed memory size of 6916407296 bytes exhausted

Thank you
