Rights not showing when not logged in

Hello,

For some reason i'm not able to see the rights on a description when I'm not logged in as a user.  The description has been published.  Any ideas?  

I'm using 2.2.1.

Hi Elizabeth,

At the moment, the PREMIS rights statements are used for interrnally managing actionable rights on a digital object. Your users will see the customizable access messages you can set in the user interface labels when you use rights to deny access to a digital object, and you can include more user-friendly access statements directly in the edit templates via the Restrictions on access field.

We'd love to see this changed however - I personally would like to see the visibility of PREMIS rights statements added to the Visible elements module, so users can determine whether or not they are shown to end users. For now, this work has not been sponsored for inclusion in an upcoming release, however.
