Hi everybody,
we have an error in the left context menu and we don't know where is the problem.

The Region contextual menu is automatically generated with the data that we enter in Archival Institution > Contact area > field "Region".

We have corrected all the data that appeared in this field so that only the 3 provinces of the Valencian Community in Spain (Alicante, Castellón, Valencia) appear but the link to the sub-region "L'Alcoià (Alacant)" continues to appear if we change the AtoM display language to Catalan. In the visualization in Spanish there is no problem. The menu is displayed correctly.

If we click on the generated link it does not lead us to any result.

We have already reindexed the content and removed the cache but the error persists.

I attach images in case someone can help us solve it.
Thanks a lot,
Clara

Hi Clara,

Strange!

As an initial step to rule out any easier solutions, I would also suggest you try the following:

1) Rebuilding the nested set: if it has become corrupted, then it could be displaying a relationship to a term in the wrong place. See:
2) Restarting PHP-FPM and (if you are using it) Memached, in addition to clearing the application cache. FPM and Memcached have their own caches, so it's possible one of these is showing the outdated result. See:
I would suggest you try running the above tasks, as well as repeating the cache:clear and search index repopulation. Also, don't forget that your web browser has its own cache, so you may want to test in a private / incognito browser (where the cache is typically disabled by default), or else clear your web browser cache as well.

Let us know if that helps! If not, I will ask a developer if they have any further thoughts on what might be happening and how to resolve it.

Cheers,
