server error in Taxonomies/Places

Hi!

Anyone else getting this issue when trying to get into Places in Taxonomies:

Please start by checking this roundup post on 500 errors:

Essentially:

1. It's always good to start by checking the webserver error logs
2. Depending on what you find there, there are likely some initial suggestions lower down in that thread
3. If nothing you find there helps resolve the issue, then please reply with the related error log message, as well as answers to the initial questions in that thread about your installation environment and the problem encountered

With the answers and the logs, we can hopefully provide additional information if you haven't been able to resolve it yourself!
