Hi all,

I am not a web developer, so I might not explain this problem 100% correct. Our team uses a backend/read only set up for AtoM, as in archivists enter their metadata on the backend site that we set up and that syncs to a read-only site that our front end users see. We use Rsync to make the read-only site a mirror image of the backend site.

Lately, something has gone wrong. We did not make any changes to the code or do any updates, but archival descriptions that display perfectly on the backend site do not display properly on the read-only site. The descriptions can only be accessed if you have the direct link, but they do not show in search. With the direct link the description loads, but the hierarchical display does not load (shows a loading bubble) so you cannot navigate through the description. We are at a loss on what would cause this change, but assume it is related to an indexing issue.

I understand this problem may be too much of a local issue to diagnose in this forum, but thought I would try.

Thank you,

Christine

Hi

Do you rsync the Elasticsearch indexes?
Perhaps populate them again
