Hello translators,

In case my e-mail on this subject doesn't get to you, I am also
posting this message to the ICA-AtoM user's discussion list.

For those of you who don't know, the translate site has been updated
to version 1.0.7 and is ready for a new round of translation work.
Many thanks to all of you who have worked so hard already to make the
software multi-lingual.

You may find that when you look at the site, some of your earlier
translations will seem to be missing. What happens sometimes is that
the way a particular screen feature is created in a newer version of
ICA-AtoM is different from the way it was created in a earlier
version, and the terms need to be re-translated because they are now
in a different context. For example, you will notice that the menu
options under add/edit appear to have reverted back to English. In
fact, what has happened is that these menus used to be user-interface
labels but are now menu titles (go to http://ica-atom.org/translate/menu/list?
to translate these terms).

Please also note that some terms cannot currently be translated. See
the Qubit-Toolkit issue logged at
http://code.google.com/p/qubit-toolkit/issues/detail?id=842.

If you have any problems logging in, please contact me at
eve...@artefactual.com (until Friday July 17) or Peter Van Garderen at
pe...@artefactual.com (after July 25). Sorry, no one will be available
next week. If you have any questions about doing translations in
general, please post them to the ICA-AtoM user's discussion list at
http://groups.google.ca/group/ica-atom-users/topics?hl=en.

Thank you again and have a good summer.
