error 500 (internal server error) al momento de ingresar a la opcion Añadir Instituciones Archivisticas

Hola Dan, sigo con el mismo problema, me asignaron otras actividades y recien estoy retomandso el tema.

Haber... tengo el atom 2.6 instalado sobre ubuntu 18.04 y usando el apache.

Todo lo demas esta igual que la documentacion de la web (eso espero).

el atom esta instalado en esta ruta

/home/appatomins/atom

le di los permisos necesarios y en el apache añadi esa ruta dentro de su archivo conf.

ya me carga la web pero al momento de ingresar a algunas opciones como esta por ejemplo:

me sale este error y ya intente de todo pero no logro solucionarlo

me parece que fuera un tema de permisos o configuracion del PHP pero debo decirte que no entiendo mucho del mundo linux.

Dame una ayuda o si fuera posible hacemos un meet, me pasas tu whatsap y te envio el meet.

• Rebuild the nested set
• Re-populate the search index
• Clear the application cache
• Restart PHP-FPM

If those tasks do not resolve the issue:

As you will see from your previous posts, the first thing we typically ask when users encounter a 500 error is to check the webserver error logs and provide us with more details about the error. Can you please share the full error message from the Apache webserver error logs?

Hopefully with a bit more information we can offer additional suggestions.
