Hi
We're on AtoM 2.6 and I've done a query via AtoM web interface to find all of our archival descriptions which have a particular string and don't currently have a digital object linked to them. I'd like to add these all to the Clipboard and download the CSV from there. The problem I have is that there are 4,255 results and I don't want to have to click on each of these individually in order to add to the Clipboard. Is there a way of adding all results to Clipboard? Or would I need to find a way of running a query on the backend database? Any guidance would be very much appreciated.
Thanks
Vicky

Hi Vicky,

Unfortunately, I can't think of an easy way to add all those results currently, other than increasing your page results count setting as much as you can and still paging through manually. As an experienced AtoM user, I suspect you will have an easier time working out how to craft a similar query for the backend and using it as a --criteria option on the command-line export task.

Thanks Dan for your quick response. I thought that maybe the case, but thought I'd double check in case I was missing something. I've since thought of an alternative way of doing this. As many of the results fall within around 20 archives I've selected the archives they are part of using the Is part of in left-hand column, added these to Clipboard and then when exporting selected to include add descendants. I've then loaded CSV results to OpenRefine, filtered off those that already have digitalObjectURI populated and filtered out those remaining that have the string Digital version in locationOfCopies field.  I've then been able to extract the information I require to populate the digitalObjectURI field. Just sharing it here in case it's useful to someone else.
Thanks
Vicky
