Creating an accession causes error NOTICE: PHP message: Action "201820/index" does not exist.

I installed atom using details provided in docker-compose documentation

This is stable 2.4.0

When I create a new accession, it throws the error "PHP message: Action "201820/index" does not exist."

201820 is the accession number I created

Hi Richard, 

I think you've come across a known issue - a regression accidentally introduced while trying to fix another accession issue. We have a fix we are testing in the qa/2.5.x branch, and once it is verified, we'll be pushing the fix to stable/2.4.x as well. See: 
It's a 2-line fix; if you don't want to wait for the revision to get pushed then you could potentially make the change locally yourself. See:
Otherwise, a fix should be arriving soon!
