Hi Dan,

does AtoM on the latest version still have this Institutional search box delimiters?

Thanks,

Hi Tatiana,

Yes, but there are two things to note:

1) The design has changed. To be honest, it is not my favorite as it is harder to find, and therefore the default behavior (limiting the scope to the current institution when searching from a specific description or repository page) could be confusing to end users if they don't know what's happening - at least previously, you would see the filter when clicking into the search box. For now, you will find it under the gear drop-down next to the search box:

Remember, this delimiter is only available when you start a search from a repository or description view page, as it will default to providing a filter for the most recently visited archival institution. However...

2) There is a known issue with the institutional search box delimiter in both themes in 2.7.x. I've filed a ticket here, with the hopes that our Maintainers will be able to resolve this for an upcoming release:
I have also noted the usability issue with the current new design in that ticket, in case both can be addressed at once.

Cheers,
