If you mean uploads on our public demo site (https://demo.accesstomemory.org/), these are disabled by default for security reasons. 

If you would like to test uploads in AtoM, I recommend that you look at our Vagrant box. It is an easy way to set up a test environment on a personal computer, regardless of the operating system. See:
