Hi José,
Thanks for these suggestions! I know that you are not alone in wanting these features in a future version of AtoM.
In the 2.4 release, the Move module will now be supported by the job scheduler, so at least moving large hierarchies will no longer time out. This, plus the clipbpoard interface which is being enhanced in 2.5 to support export via the user interface, gives us a good basis to develop bulk move operations in the future. Hopefully that will lower the barrier for sponsorship for smaller institutions interested in prioritizing this work for a future release.
Regarding the full-width treeview, there has been a lot of interest in making the elements shown in the treeview nodes configurable, so users can select whether title, level of description, and identifier are displayed or not. So far it has not been sponsored but I'm hopeful that someone may prioritize this for development soon.
For anyone reading this post unfamiliar with AtoM's community-driven development model and Artefactual's bounty-model approach to open source maintenance, I've posted about this previously in the user forum - and I've now added this to our wiki for future reference. The short version is, we'd love to see these features included in a future public release, but it will likely require community sponsorship for Artefactual to be able to take them on. If you are interested in learning more about how we maintain AtoM and why we use this model, see the longer version here:
