In the middle of upgrading from ATOM 2.6.2 to ATOM 2.8.2 we had cause to refer back to our original install of ATOM 2.3.2.

As a result we have become aware that in the upgrade from ATOM2.3.2 to ATOM2.6.2 we seem to have lost some digital objects.

There seem to be 120 digital objects in 2.3.3 and only 6 in 2.6.2.

Can anyone advise on how to rectify this or will we have to build a new ATOM 2.6.2 server and migrate again?

Thanks for your time.

Hi,

check that they are in the database (table digital_object). And that the files are present (uploads folder - the exact path of each is also in the digital_object table).
- regen derivatives (this one should go through all of them individually, and it's easier to visualize if there's something wrong)
- populate index
- clear cache

Thanks for the advice.

Not really an ATOM administrator but will give it a go.
