CSV colum names error

I'm trying to upload a digital object to an existing archival description using the CSV template of the user interface. The size of the digital object exceeds 64 MB. I create the CSV file in accordance with the recommended instructions and the column names ("slug and "filename"). I then tested the file with the CSV validation tool. The outcome is invariably the same: "unrecognised column names".
I am currently working with the FR culture interface. Is it necessary to rename the columns in French? If so, what are the correct words?
Please note that I do not have access to the command line, as I am hosted on the Artefactual platform.
