Hi Kuna,

We will need more information to be able to assist you, such as:
  • Are you following the installation instructions for 2.7 exactly (i.e. on a Linux Ubuntu 20.04 server, using PHP 7.4, Elasticsearch 5.6, Nginx, MySQL 8.0, etc...), or have you made changes to the dependencies? If yes, what changes have you made?
  • Are you installing using Option 1 (install from our downloadable tarball) or Option 2 (install from our GitHub code repository)?
  • Have you ensured that your installation environment meets the recommended technical requirements?
  • At what step exactly did the process fail? Please note that in 2.7 we have removed the web installer - those steps are now performed using the command-line instead as outlined here. Note as well that there are still a number of steps after the command-line installer that are required to finish the installation.
Additionally, any time you encounter a 500 error, the first thing we generally recommend is that you consult the webserver error logs for more specific information on the nature of the error. See:
If you are not sure how to proceed once you have found the related error log message, you can try searching the error message in the user forum to find similar threads, or else please feel free to share it in this thread.

Once we know the exact error, as well as some answers to the questions above, we can provide more specific suggestions on how to move forward.

Cheers,
