504 Gateway Time-out nginx/1.12.1

Colleagues,

I am attempting to install ATOM 2.4 on Ubuntu 14.04 LTS VM on Azure using Nginx.  However, at the Run Installer process, once all values are entered, upon selecting the "Continue" button, the below error is generated.

Grateful for your assistance.
