Moving subfonds to new fond

I have realised our ATOM fonds & subfonds have not set  up the fonds correctly. Can we move subfonds to a new fond ? Or can you transfer collections to new subfonds without losing all the information? or can you download records and upload them to the correct fond?

Hi Amanda, 

AtoM has a Move module, and if you move a record with descendants, they will all be moved as well. See:

Alternatively, you could export the subfonds, and then add the fonds slug to the qubitParentSlug column so that it will import as new records under the fonds - this would then allow you to delete the original subfonds once you have confirmed that everything imported as expected. See:
