no puedo instalar AtoM

Buenas, tengo un cloud server  con ubuntu 16.04, segui todos los pasos de la instalacion y cuando entro a mi direccion web para correr atom, solo aparece nginx, donde puede estar el error?. Desde ya gracias.

If you are only seeing the Nginx welcome page instead of the AtoM web installer, I would suggest that you review this section again: 

• https://www.accesstomemory.org/en/docs/2.4/admin-manual/installation/linux/ubuntu-xenial/#nginx
  

You need to make sure that: 

• You have installed all of the PHP dependencies, including PHP-FPM
• The full list of PHP dependencies is in this section:
• https://www.accesstomemory.org/docs/2.4/admin-manual/installation/linux/ubuntu-xenial/#php
  
• You have added the server configuration block
• You may want to double-check the server parameters included in our example block, in case your set-up is different. Make changes as needed. 
• You have enabled and reloaded Nginx after adding or changing the server configuration block
• sudo systemctl enable nginx
• sudo systemctl reload nginx
• You have restarted PHP-FPM after making any changes to the configuration block: 
• sudo systemctl restart php7.0-fpm

Once you have double-checked and adjusted the above  and completed the other installation steps, try returning to the web installer page. Remember that the based URL can change greatly depending on your web server configuration - we use localhost in our documentation example but this will depend on how you have configured your site. Assuming localhost works, try: 

• http://localhost/index.php/sfInstallPlugin/configureSite
