Someone could help the 2.4.1 version ota struggling with this, can't create a new user.

Other bugs also came out unfortunately.

Regarding the upgrading error, I've recently answered a similar question. I suggest that you try following the Upgrading documentation instructions again carefully to make sure no steps are missed - in particular, dropping and recreating the database before loading your old database and running the upgrade task is important! I read through the forum.

debina 10 mariadb 10.2 was used.

I upgraded to 10.5 from external storage. And so we already managed to run sql-update.
