Re: sword plugin issue - atom archivematica integration

Hello all

I am encountering an issue after integrating Archivematica and AtoM. Both systems work fine individually, but after integration, the system is unable to detect the SWORD plugin path.

I have attached a screenshot for your reference:

• Figure 1: AtoM is working fine.

• Figure 4: Transfer and ingest modules are working, and there are no errors in uploading the DIP.

For the installation, I used:

• Java 8

• PHP 8.3 (including PHP 8.3 FPM)

• Elasticsearch 6

• MySQL 8

• Ubuntu 22

Did you set up the correct sword deposit directory in Atom, under Settings > Global >  SWORD deposit directory?

Does the user running the Atom process have the correct permissions to the directory and the files, after it has been deposited?
