Hi Simo,

This is an interesting error, and I'm not totally sure how it has occurred. en_EN, as shown in the error messages, is not in fact a valid ISO 639-1 language code. Typically the second part of the language code, if it exists, defines a locale. Some examples that are supported:
  • en_CA: Canadian English
  • en_US: United States English
  • en_GB: Great Britain English
You can see a list of supported AtoM languages and their corresponding codes here:
Accordingly, the first thing I would suggest checking would be the default installation language configured in apps/qubit/config/settings. If this is not set to a supported language code, then I recommend:
If everything else is working, then this may not be the source of the issue. A couple other things I noticed that might be worth investigating:

First, the default installation culture of your site appears to be French. However, the archival institution record giving you the error appears as if it was created in the English interface - when you visit it, it displays in English, and provides the "Other languages available" drop-down menu to flip to French.

If the primary culture/language of the site is French, then you may want to simply delete this problematic record and recreate it properly in the French user interface. You would need to re-link it to the related description hierarchies afterwards, but I can only see 3 of these published currently (though of course there may be more in Draft mode), and AtoM has repository inheritance, so assuming there are not many more draft description collections, you would only need to re-link these three collections/fonds at the top level, and the repository would inherit to lower levels as needed.

Another thing I noticed is that this record does not have a slug (the unique part of the URL) that is derived from the title  as expected. Instead, the slug (ys2p-e23a-he6z) appears to be randomly generated. This suggests that something may have gone wrong during the creation process. This is another reason to consider deleting this record and creating a new one. Alternatively you could try running the slug generation task using the --delete option, so that new slugs will be generated for all records. See:
I am not sure where else a language value such as en_EN might be configured in the application. A knowledgeable system administrator could try doing a grep against the root installation directory to see if you can find any other places where this might be set - I'd suggest simply changing it to en in any locations found - however, we always strongly recommend that you make a backup of your data before doing any troubleshooting, just in case!

Let us know what you find!

Cheers,
