Items with draft publication status appear after search

Good Morning!
I gave the demo a test fond (Example fond) with two items (Cinema 1 and Cinema 2): https://demo.accesstomemory.org/example-of-fond All in DRAFT publication status

I logout (as an anonymous user) and I search, for example London (https://demo.accesstomemory.org/informationobject/browse?topLod=0&query=london), it appears, in "Part of" those results in DRAFT publication status:

You do not have access to those items, but I think that don't have to appear here if they are in draft status.

Thank you for reporting this issue, and sorry for the delay in replying. I have recreated this in our 2.4 instance as well. I've filed a public bug ticket here, so we can keep track of this:
