Hello
With MySQL version 8.0 reaching EOL the end of this month and I can see that you've been working on getting version 8.4 LTS in to version 2.11 of AtoM. I was wondering if you have an idea on when AtoM 2.11 will be released?
Thanks

Hi Vicky,
Thanks for checking in on the status of AtoM 2.11. If you check the 2.11 milestone in GitHub, you can see what work is currently ongoing. If you want to update MySQL before version 8.0 reaches end of life, you can update in your system without having to cherry-pick the commit for 2.11. Unless you are using Docker, in which case you can cherry-pick this commit: https://github.com/artefactual/atom/pull/2308
I hope this helps you with the upcoming MySQL EOL! You can also come to a Community Development Meeting to talk more about this update on the 16th of April. More details and joining information can be found on our wiki.
Best wishes,

Many thanks Sarah for your response and guidance. I'll share this with our IT Department and see if anyone would like to attend the Community Development Meeting on the 16th of April.
