When I click the link, my browser can't find the server, so we can't see the error message. I'm wondering if you could either attach the error log, and/or screenshot the error message, and/or copy/paste it into your response?

1) What version of AtoM are you trying to install? (e.g., ICA-AtoM 1.3.1, AtoM 2.0.0, etc)
