Buenos días,
Soy archivera de la Universidad de Las Palmas de G.C. Tengo instalado el software AtoM versión 02 en la red de la Institución, el informático que lo instaló no sabe como crear una cuenta de Administrador, podrían indicarme como acceder desde este rol para poder empezar a utilizar este
 programa. Gracias

Hello!

Have you followed our recommended installation instructions, or have you made any changes? If so, what is different about your system? Please tell us more about the issue you are facing.

If you followed the instructions, then when you run the web installer (one of the last steps of the installation process), you should also have created an administrator account which will allow you to log into the application. See:

If your installation was successful, but you can't remember your user account details, you can always create a new administrator account from the command line. See:

If you are able to log into the application and want to know how to create more accounts, see:

Estimado Mr. Gillian,
Muchas gracias por toda la información, se la voy a reenviar al informático que instaló el programa, creo que mi caso es el primero que planteas.
El programa se ha instalado recientemente y no crearon el rol de administrador, vamos a intentarlo nuevamente con la solución que me has dado en primer lugar.
