I need help, how to install Atom from scratch

I am an archivist, I need to install Atom from scratch on Windows, I already downloaded Atom but I don't understand, how to install, can someone please help me here?

to summarize, AtoM is intended to be installed on a server, not a personal computer like a desktop or laptop; but there are some solutions for local testing and development in windows- namely virtualization with vagrant and/or docker.
