Upgrade from 2.5.4 - 172 to latest 2.9

Hello all!

I am trying to upgrade Atom from 2.5.4 - 172 and the upgrade tasks gives me the following error:

"Could not find foreign key for 'object_id' column on 'digital_object' table."

I have tried to upgrade to 2.6 first.... with success. But from 2.6 to 2.9 I get the same error.

Is there a way for me to check what could be missing?
