Since May 2025, we have been holding monthly community development meetings. These meetings bring together Artefactual and community contributors to discuss current release work, review previous work and discuss contributions or issues related to contributions. You may have viewed the monthly minutes from the AtoM GitHub Wiki page.
For the first three months in 2026 (January - March), we will be running these meetings for all of the contributor community, instead of invite-only. They will be held on the third Thursday of the month at 8:30am Pacific time. Details on how to join via Zoom are available on the GitHub wiki page.
Our first meeting of the year will be Thursday, 15 January 2026 at 8:30am Pacific Time.
If you are a contributor, have contributed in the past, or are thinking of becoming a contributor, please come and chat with our project maintainers. If you have questions on getting started and would like guidance on issues to tackle, then we would love to see you at our next meeting. If you aren’t sure these meetings are for you, come along and find out.
The meeting format has changed slightly for 2026. Please see the agenda below. It is also available on the community development meeting wiki page. We hope to see you at a meeting over the next three months!
