Hello,

I've successfully update my 2.2 to 2.3.1, but a problem still persists :

If I add values on the "Date(s)" field on archival descriptions, I've : Unknown record property "events" on "QubitInformationObject"

Any idea ?

Thanks.

Franck.

Hi Franck,

It sounds possible that the database migration didn't quite work during the upgrade. You can try the following steps to purge your current data (after making sure you have a backup!!!!), drop and recreate the database, and then upgrade the database schema.

First, make sure you have a sqldump of your current data. See:

You'll need to know the MySQL credentials and the database name you used during installation to do this.

Once you have a backup, try running the tools:purge command. WARNING - this will delete all the data currently in your AtoM site! So make sure you have that backup first:

Now let's return to the upgrade steps and try dropping and recreating the database, and then reloading your data and running the sql-upgrade task - we're at steps 3 and 4 of this section:

Once you've dropped and recreated the database, and loaded your old data, you can run the sql-upgrade task:

I would then restart all services, clear the application cache, and repopulate the index. All of those commands are in our documentation, but you will also find them in this handy slide deck:

Let us know if that resolves the issue.

Cheers,
