AtoM 2.0.1 clean install problem.

I have installed XAMPP 1.8.2 and AtoM 2.0.1.
I have found the php_apc.dll and added the extension setting in php.ini since that is the only extension that XAMPP doesn't have.
I have made it through the entire setup page routine with the naming and database access and creating the admin for AtoM.
It says Congratulations you are done click here to go to your site. Click...
I get a revolving (status: page loading) and it never finishes loading nor does it error out. No error in the logs. Just loading forever!

Just to double-check, have you reviewed this page: https://www.qubit-toolkit.org/wiki/Xampp_installation?

We're trying to update our documentation and if this page is no-longer helpful to AtoM 2.0.1 installs with XAMPP it would be great to know.
