Plugin vs Theme plugin

Good afternoon, I am creating a custom theme but there is no way I will recognize it as a theme. It includes it as a plugin and does not let me select it in the theme form. How does AtoM differentiate a normal plugin from a theme? Regards.

We have a few different guides on working with theme plugins.

Hi Dan, I had already followed the steps in the documentation to create a theme, but it did not appear in AtoM to select.

I have been reviewing the document that you have sent me and in the end doing the make -C and restarting all the services it has finally appeared.
