We have a command-line task that can be used to create new Admin accounts, described here:
Here is the basic syntax:
- php symfony tools:add-superuser --email="your-...@example.com" --password="YOURSUPERPASSWORD" username
If you just run the first part of the command (php symfony tools:add-superuser) then the terminal will walk you through the steps of setting the username, email, and password. Otherwise, you can use the options as shown above - just add the credentials you want for each.
There is no way to create users in other groups or with different permissions from the command-line, so if you need to make changes to the new user's group permissions, you will need to log in via the user interface.
