Just going to confirm one thing before we continue...
When you say "atom," are you referring to the
atom.io text editor? i.e. this is what you are using for some CSS project and it's giving you issues...
Or are you referring to Access to Memory (
AtoM), the web-based application for archival management?
I thought before we go any further we should clear this up - this is a forum for the second one - i.e. an open source software project used by archivists (but which developers do customize and theme; hence the confusion here). Sometimes people post in our forum about the text editor.
If you're in fact talking about this AtoM: typically we recommend that developers make theming changes in a new plugin, so it's easier to manage upgrades. See the slides and docs I linked in my last post. If you've modified the base theme directly, that's okay, but please let us know more about which files have been modified.
