Hello Colleagues,

The Archives of Ontario has posted a Request for Bids (RFB) for a new Archives Collections Management System to better enable us to manage our descriptions and provide access to our collections.

For more information, see the documentation and submission details available through the Ontario Tenders Portal (project reference 21279).

Please note that all questions must be submitted through the formal enquiry process as described in the RFB.

To me it looks like they already have a COTS product in mind as per the documentation.
