Default language of AtoM version 2.10

Hello, 

We have just installed version 2.10 of AtoM and migrated the content from our old version 2.7. In this version, the default website page (the homepage) is in English. If I select Spanish on the website to change the language, it changes without any problem, although I would like Spanish to be the default language. I have tried modifying settings.yml and other configuration files, but it remains the same. What can I do? I hope you can help. Kind regards

after editing the file apps/qubit/config/settings.yml we had to redo 

php symfony cache:clear

or

php symfony cc
