Thanks Wriggles, registered and got it on my calendar, probably worthwhile for everyone… Tom Rinda is always judging Caribbean regattas, has done BVISR/STIR for years, I have heard from those going to the “room “is a very good Judge.

Good deal and thanks.  I will also attend and look forward to it as both Tom & Ed are extremely knowledgeable.  I recently attended a 2017-2020 rules presentation prior to the 2017 Melges 24 National Championships in Charleston… good learning… but there is always more to learn.
