Hi folks.

 Coming up this Saturday is bvi Dinghy Championships. So far we only have Colin and I registered. 

I thought there was pretty good consensus from the group that we would participate in this event?

Hey all,

The Black Pearl is available to race this Saturday. All of us at the Yacht Club will be working the event. If someone who is a club member wants to skipper it the boat is ready to go.

For Friday, We're asking that everyone be on the dock at 4:30.

For Saturday, we are meeting at 10am.  But you should secure your position on a boat prior to Saturday as that is a more formal event and crews will already be worked out by then.

All skippers pls advise:

1) are you racing Friday and/or Saturday;
2) which boat you are racing or wanting to race; and
3) do you need crew and if so how many for Friday and/or Saturday.

Pls note the idea Ted put forward that we all agreed at our owners/skipper' s lunch meeting was that every boat would make a spot for at least one new crew member from those showing up on Friday's if they wanted to race.

Who is looking to crew for both the Friday night practice and the Saturday regatta that has not yet recieved a confirmed position on a boat?

INTAC is registered and based on the two new crew that have been showing up on Friday's that have confirmed by email they're racing on INTAC with Graeme skippering and me opening beers we are now full up.

It would be good to sort this as best we can prior to Friday night as Friday night will most likely be a practice for the regatta on Saturday and teams will most likely already have the crew lined up before Friday afternoon.

So far I believe Lat 18 is full, Intac full, rip full, Nanny Cay Kats maybe room for 1. 

Don't yet know about Roosta? 

We need skippers for Black Pearl (needs to be a RBVIYC member) and Nagico Kats( will need youth sailors as part of crew)
